If you are not home to receive your package Beautedefemme.com can not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. On rare occasions orders can be misplaced by the delivery service. Our policy is to wait 7 business days before we place a trace on the package. If the delivery service is unable to locate the package we will issue a full credit for your purchase. Customers wishing to ship to a Post Office Box will receive all packages via the United States Postal Service's Priority Mail. Beautedefemme.com is not responsible in any way for packages delivered to or left in a Post Office Box. Buy choosing this option there is no secure tracking information so if this package is lost or stolen Beautedefemme.com will not be held responsible.Please double check the accuracy of your billing and shipping addresses prior to submitting your order.
